Retain the hardware; it will be re-used for installation. 0:27 STEP 2 Remove the OE exhaust hangers from the isolators. Be careful not to damage the isolators. 0:47 STEP 3 Lower the front of the OE Exhaust, then snake the exhaust's rear portion around the rear axle and remove it from the vehicle. 1:05 STEP 4 Install the aFe POWER Y-Pipe onto the OE Catalytic Converter using the OE Springs and Bolts. Install the aFe POWER Passenger Side Front Pipe onto the aFe POWER Y-Pipe using the supplied 2-1/2" Band-Clamp. Do not fully tighten the band clamp to allow for adjustment. 1:28 STEP 5 Install the aFe POWER muffler assembly with the supplied 3" band clamp and install the hangers into the vehicle's isolator mounts. 1:46 STEP 6 Install the aFe POWER over-axle pipe with the supplied 3" band clamp and install the hangers into the vehicle's isolator mount. 1:57 STEP 7 Install the aFe POWER connection pipe with the supplied 3" band clamp. 2:05 STEP 8 Install the aFe POWER Tailpipe (For non-TRD models: Hi-Tuck Tailpipe- 49-36069 and for TRD model: Tip-assembly tailpipe- 49-36068) with the supplied 3" band clamp and install the hangers into the vehicle's isolator mounts. 2:31 STEP 9 Start from the front of the aFe exhaust system and evenly tighten all clamps and fasteners.
