Getting an alignment is critical for drift cars because it directly controls how the car rotates and slides:
• Front Camber: Negative camber improves tire contact when the wheels are at full lock.
• Caster: Positive caster increases steering feel and self-centering, making the car easier to control at angle.
• Front Toe: Slight toe-out helps with turn-in response and quicker transitions.
• Rear Camber: Mild negative camber helps balance grip and tire wear.
• Rear Toe: Neutral to slight toe-in improves stability and predictability while drifting.
When properly aligned, a drift car becomes more predictable, easier to drive at the limit, and more consistent from corner to corner.
