Cold Air Intake for RAM TRX
With the aFe Momentum Cold Air Intake on the RAM TRX, gain up to 28 hp of horsepower and 25 lb-ft of torque and outflow factory by 30%. The patented aFe Momentum GT intake line is renowned for its innovative one-piece housing-to-tube interface for fewer parts and easy installation. The Momentum housing and tube are manufactured in-house from durable, heat-resistant XLPE (crosslink polyethylene).
The intake kit itself spans about 3-feet, matching the massive engine and enhancing the heavy-duty, all-terrain TRX. A sizable clear-sight window in the center allows for convenient filter inspection without disassembly. Dual washable and reusable air filters are at the heart of the induction powerhouse, each 10-inch tall with a 5-inch flange. aFe’s industry-leading air filter medium, engineered with pleat-depth calibration and high-quality layered gauze, optimizes airflow while maintaining protection on any terrain. The combined unfolded filter medium covers 15.4 sqft, an upgrade from the stock’s 13.3 sqft. Choose between the oiled Pro 5R or the oil-less Pro DRY S air filters. The Momentum Intake is also available in top-selling “Raising Hell Red.”
For those that prefer open intakes for the loudest turbo noises, the Magnum Force Intake open-element design offers maximum sound and showcases a single massive 18-inch filter, reinforced with expanded metal. This intake is also available in Orange.

Exhaust Headers
aFe Twisted Steel Headers substitute the stock exhaust manifold and add up to 9 HP horsepower and 14 lb-ft torque. Constructed from Type 304 Stainless Steel, the headers are mandrel bent and MIG welded in-house for maximum durability. Through R&D and CAD, the tubes are optimized in size, length, and shape to boost power to the fullest.
The combination of the Cerakote outer coating and the copper ceramic inside coating reduces heat in the engine compartment by as much as 46% compared to non-coated headers. Integrated 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity, resulting in remarkable throttle response. These headers integrate seamlessly with the factory exhaust system, using factory-style laser-cut machined flanges and factory mounting locations. Installation is straightforward and retains stock catalytic converters and O2 sensor locations.
Leveling Kit
The aFe CONTROL Leveling Kit adds a hefty 3.0-inch front lift while increasing ground clearance, eliminating the nose-down rake, and making room for massive 37-inch tires, all without coil bind. Constructed from durable CNC-machined 6061 Billet Aluminum, the red anodized finish completes the look. Two huge spacers for each strut allow for a customizable range of lift heights. The shim and preloaded spring spacers together make for the maximum lift without compromising the efficacy of the stock shock. Using one or the other will make for a low or moderate lift height. Installation of these 3.0-inch leveling spacers requires the disassembly of the strut/spring. A spring compressor is required to install the preload spring spacer.
You’re guaranteed to both feel and hear the added +11 HP horsepower and +12 LB-FT of torque. This durable, high-flow system is mandrel-bent in-house from 3-inch to 3.5-inch high-quality Type 304 Stainless Steel. Choose between stylish black or polished clamp-on tip to complete the look.
