Off-Road Exhaust Systems

More Ground Clearance, Better Sound

When building your off-road rig, your exhaust system can be one of the most impactful upgrades. Stock factory exhaust systems are designed for noise compliance and efficiency, not sound or ground clearance. They restrict airflow, rob you of horsepower and torque, and often hang low enough to cause problems on rocky or uneven terrain.

aFe POWER off-road exhaust systems are built for off-road and overland enthusiasts who take their vehicles off-grid and push them to the limits. Engineered for maximum flow and optimized ground clearance, our systems enable you to go further without worry and sound great while doing it.

Benefits of Off-Road Exhausts

  • Increased horsepower and torque
  • Aggressive exhaust tone
  • Better ground clearance and obstacle clearance
  • Durable stainless steel built for the elements

aFe POWER Off-Road Exhaust Systems

aFe POWER offers two lines of off-road-focused exhaust systems: the Rock Basher exhausts, which feature a short exit before the rear axle and extreme ground clearance, and the Hi-Tuck exhausts, which exit after the rear axle and offer a high-tuck design. Both offer special downwards-turned tips, are made of stainless steel, and are designed to sound aggressive and increase airflow and performance. Applications vary by vehicle, but many are offered for Jeeps and off-road trucks like the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, or Chevy Colorado.

Rock Basher Off-Road Exhaust System

The Rock Basher exhaust system is the off-road exhaust that offers maximum ground clearance with a short, downward-turned exit before the rear axle, eliminating the rear tailpipe so you don’t have to worry about it dragging on obstacles. Less metal hanging beneath your rig means more confidence on the trail.

  • Exits before the axle
  • Extreme ground clearance
  • Available in both cat-back and axle-back
