The Pedal 2 Metal is a throttle enhancer designed to improve the responsiveness of your vehicle. Its main function is to adjust the way the vehicle’s throttle body responds to the driver’s inputs, creating a crisp response and smoother acceleration. Since all modern vehicles are drive-by-wire, gas pedal response can be very slow and have an inherent lag straight from the factory. The Pedal 2 Metal removes this throttle lag, and gives complete control back to the driver.
