Important Notice:
Incorrect Size Coupler in Ford Bronco Raptor Cold-Side Charge Pipe

We have discovered that a production run of our Ford Bronco Raptor cold-side charge pipe contains the incorrect size coupler that attaches to the intercooler side. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL. The couplers contain the wrong size quick-connect adaptor. These have been made with a 65 mm connector and require a 60 mm connector to fit the intercooler.

Affected Part Numbers: 46-20754-R, 46-20754-B, and 46-20759-B.  The 46-20758-B hot side charge pipe is not affected by this issue.

Action Required:

• If you have these part numbers in stock, do not sell or ship them out.
• aFe will provide the correct replacement cold charge pipe coupler with the 60 mm quick connector.
• If you have shipped these affected parts to your customers, please contact them and advise them NOT to attempt to install. Inform them to contact aFe’s technical department at 951-493-7126, Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM PST, and we will ship the correct replacement coupler directly to your customer.
